About This Spot

Stepping into La Tasca 7, you immediately sense a laid-back hideaway along Arona’s scenic Paseo Marítimo. It’s the kind of spot where the rhythm slows down gently, inviting you to settle into a moment framed by the soothing sea breeze and warm island light. The wide terrace, with its unhurried views of the promenade and the waves beyond, encourages long conversations over thoughtfully prepared meals and refreshing drinks.

Here, the atmosphere leans comfortably toward casual local dining with a Mediterranean soul, blending familiar flavors with a touch of home-style warmth. The friendly service fosters a feeling of being welcomed into a shared table among neighbors, where both regulars and visitors find common ground. It’s not uncommon to hear laughter or catch quiet exchanges that feel as intuitively personal as the tapas and specialties being served.

At La Tasca 7, the menu carries the essence of the region’s coastal bounty and rustic charm, presented in generous portions that invite you to savor at your own pace. Whether you’re drawn to dishes showcasing the simple delight of grilled prawns with garlic or tempted by a hearty serving of homemade meatballs paired with classic potatoes bravas, the experience goes beyond just eating. It’s about savoring the textures and aromas that evoke memories of shared meals and leisurely afternoons. The locally inspired sangria and approachable wine list complement the food with just the right balance of refreshment.

As the sun dips toward the horizon, the ambience shifts softly, and the terrace becomes a vantage point for moments of quiet contemplation or relaxed connection. It’s this blend of easy charm and genuine warmth that places La Tasca 7 firmly in the heart of the community, a place where time feels a little more generous and every visit offers a chance to discover something quietly special.

This place is amazing, we stayed in this area for 4 days, this is our best choice. Also they could make food that we asked not on menu. The price is very reasonable.

Great location to watch the sun set! Really friendly service. Very reasonably priced. Large outside terrace. Generous portions. I enjoyed chicken fillet with Mushroom Sauce, papas arrugadas and vegetables. Served hot.

Lovely bar and restaurant with sea views along the promenade, 200 metres from Los Christianos Market. Reasonably priced. We were unfortunate to witness the grumpy manager arguing loudly with staff. Not good for business. Staff were helpful and efficient

Came across this restaurant whilst walking past our hotel which was very close. Stopped for drinks. Went back next day for a meal. Sat in comfy seats overlooking the promenade & views of the sea, whilst having drinks. Staff friendly, seemed to have regulars who were chatting to staff - Good sign Food was good we went for the Tapas
